The Purchaser is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, supplies, and services necessary for the company’s operations. This role ensures that all purchases are made at the best value, on time, and in accordance with company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors
• Request and compare quotations to ensure cost-effective purchases
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers
• Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier files
• Coordinate with warehouse and other departments to ensure timely receipt of items
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder as necessary
• Resolve issues related to delivery delays, pricing discrepancies, or defective goods
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Experience in purchasing or procurement is a plus (1–2 years preferred)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel);
• Preferably with purchasing experience in the food industry.
• Candidate will be assigned at Balingasa, Quezon City
