What You’ll Do
  • Conduct training programs for frontline staff across branches
  • Develop onboarding modules and continuous learning sessions
  • Coach employees to improve service quality, communication, and customer handling
  • Ensure consistent application of company service standards and procedures
  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide structured feedback and coaching
  • Support operational teams in improving service delivery and efficiency
  • Assist in developing training materials, manuals, and assessment tools
  • Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in training, coaching, or supervising frontline service teams (spa, wellness, retail, hospitality, or similar industries)
  • At least 1 year experience in a training, supervisory, or team lead role is preferred
  • Strong background in customer service and frontline operations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees effectively
  • Strong understanding of service standards and customer experience excellence
