MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's/College Degree in Sales, Engineering or other business-related courses
  • Preferably with experience in selling or marketing of building products and construction-related materials
  • Exceptional sales and customer service skills
  • Skilled at negotiation and problem solving
  • Ideally holds a valid driver’s license and is capable of operating both motorcycles and four-wheeled vehicles
BRIEF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Formulate effective sales strategies and establish clear performance targets
  2. Perform on-site sales activities and client visits to drive revenue growth with both existing and potential customers.
  3. Produce qualified sales prospects and maintain client engagement through phone calls or face-to-face meetings following the initial outreach.
  4. Manage and address client queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Prepare and compile proposals and quotations for clients
