Job Description:
- Provide exceptional guest service and maintain a high standard of food and beverage quality.
- Prepares shift schedule and plot leave request based on business demand.
- Manages interviewing, selecting onboarding, and disciplining team members as required.
- Conducts daily briefings and stations allocation.
- Train and develops restaurant staff to provide excellent guest service.
- Collaborate with the management and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, guest satisfaction and profitability.
- Handles VIP arrivals and deliver preferences.
- Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as assistant manager in bar, restaurant, and hotel operations or at least 2 years’ experience as a supervisor.
- Integrated resort background is an advantage.
