What you'll be doing- Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolving issues and providing effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer service delivery
- Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
- Contributing to the development of customer service processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
