Job Description
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Ticketing Account in Pasig. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, booking requests, and issue resolutions with precision and a service-oriented mindset.
Salary & Benefits
Your starting salary is based on your previous BPO experience:
- 0–6 months experience: ₱17,050 base
- 7–12 months experience: ₱17,800 base
- 13+ months experience: ₱18,300 base
- Allowances: ₱1,250 Non-taxable allowance + ₱3,000 Transportation allowance.
- Communication: Good to Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience: At least 6 months of BPO experience OR a College Graduate with no prior experience.
- Requirement: Must have an active Viber account for recruitment updates.
