Key Responsibilities- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor customer orders and coordinate deliveries with the logistics team.
- Collect customer payments and follow up on outstanding accounts when necessary.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit reports.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide after-sales support.
