Job Title: Social Media Specialist
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to manage and execute day-to-day social media activities across multiple brands. This role will focus on content posting, community engagement, campaign execution, and coordination with internal teams to drive brand visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Social Media Management
- Manage social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Handle messages, inquiries, and collaboration requests in a timely manner
- Coordinate customer order concerns with the CSR team
- Assist in planning and maintaining the social media content calendar
- Write engaging captions aligned with brand voice and guidelines
- Upload and cross-post content across platforms
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and engagements
- Engage with posts from ambassadors, influencers, and affiliates
- Source and collect featured photos for weekly content
- Reshare posts and stories daily on Facebook and Instagram
- Community Management
- Review and approve or decline posts within Facebook communities
- Manage member join requests and maintain community standards
- Support creation and posting of community artworks and initiatives
- Engage with community members through comments, posts, and interactions
- Monitor customer feedback and escalate insights when needed
- Assist in conducting surveys and gathering customer feedback
- Campaign & Content Execution
- Support execution of monthly social media campaigns and initiatives
- Assist in product launches, promotions, and retention campaigns
- Execute promotional activities such as Double Day and Payday sales
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices
- Content & Artwork Coordination
- Coordinate with designers for content and campaign requirements
- Request and follow up on marketing artworks
- Check creatives for accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines
- Provide input on content layout and visual presentation
- Giveaways & Tracking
- Manage giveaway entries and assist in winner selection
- Coordinate with winners for vouchers and shipping details
- Support coordination of prize fulfillment with relevant teams
- Track basic expenses related to social media activities
- Events & Marketing Support
- Assist in marketing events, activations, and photoshoots
- Help coordinate logistics, booths, and on-ground activities
- Support ambassador-related tasks and coordination
- E-commerce Support
- Assist in voucher creation and distribution for campaigns
- Support execution of voucher drops during promotions and sales events
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms
- Experience in e-commerce or social commerce is a plus
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
