• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing roles
• Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese with strong English communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and major social platforms
• Familiarity with Chinese social media platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, or similar
• Proficiency in Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or equivalent tools
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
• Skilled in writing engaging captions and audience-focused content
• Familiarity with Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, or similar reporting tools
• Creative thinker with strategic and hands-on execution skills
• Adaptable to changing trends and fast-moving digital environments
• Self-starter who works well in collaborative teams

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
• Plan and maintain a content calendar for consistent posting aligned with marketing campaigns
• Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing graphics, videos, and written content
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce assets for local and global markets
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly
• Build and nurture relationships with influencers and brand advocates
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics
• Use insights to recommend improvements for stronger engagement and ROI
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates
• Experiment with new content formats and features to keep the brand relevant and engaging
