We are looking for a Software Engineer (Python / ERP Systems) to join our engineering team in Makati. This role is ideal for developers who want to work on scalable backend systems, business automation, and enterprise software solutions.

• Backend: Python (Primary), Odoo Framework
• Database: PostgreSQL
• Frontend / Views: XML, JavaScript
• Environment: Linux, Git
• Architecture: Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), REST API Integrations

• Develop and customize ERP modules using Python and the Odoo framework
• Design and implement backend business logic for enterprise systems
• Translate real-world business processes (inventory, accounting, HR, sales, etc.) into scalable software solutions
• Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases and queries
• Build and maintain API integrations with third-party systems
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle
• Debug, enhance, and deploy production-level ERP applications used by real clients

• Strong proficiency in Python programming
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Experience with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Git version control
• Ability to work with or learn XML-based UI views
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and work with the Odoo ERP framework
• Must be willing to work full onsite in Makati City

Nice to Have:

• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, NetSuite, etc.)
• API development or integration experience
• Background in business process automation or enterprise systems
