Pay: ₱14,000.00 - ₱15,000.00 per month
Job description:
- Responsible for the daily entry/record of warehouse activities that are for expense account - day to day operations/warehouse expenses
- tracking/checking/reconciling the billing against the actual in house records to ensure accuracy for processing payment
- act as support for finance dept. particularly in the billing dept. by ensuring the final outturn reports from the operations is thoroughly checked with the coordination of the ops head/manager before forwarding the data to the billing and process to clients
- responsible for the monthly submission of the reports
- responsible for checking of inhouse petty cash/ operations funds replenishments and liquidation before forwarding to head office finance dept
- Graduate of accounting and/or business course or related field
- knowledgeable in computer features such as MS office
- Willing to work at Kibulda, Cagayan De Oro
- Willing to work full-time onsite
- Can start ASAP
