Position: 1 Construction Manager

1. Oversees and coordinates construction projects from conception to completion.
2. Manage project timelines, subcontractors, and on-site construction activities.
3. Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
4. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
5. Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
6. Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
7. Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
8. Resolve conflicts or miscommunications that may arise during construction.

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. Experience in large-scale construction projects.
3. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project scheduling, and resource management
4. Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, or similar scheduling tools
5. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
6. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
