Job Description

• Overseeing all logistical aspects of infrastructure projects, from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Developing detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans, considering resource requirements and potential risks.
• Directing and coordinating on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and project specifications.
• Communicating regularly with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to manage expectations, address issues, and ensure project alignment.
• Monitoring project costs, managing budgets, and ensuring financial compliance.
• Negotiating and managing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of required materials and services.
• Maintaining accurate records of project progress, costs, and issues, and preparing regular reports for stakeholder.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Preferably Licensed.
• 15yrs overall experience in Construction of Infrastructure Projects.
• 5yrs. experience as Construction Manager or Project-In-Charge.
• 5yrs. experience in Industrial Plant Construction or similar project.
• Site Management: Proven tract record of managing site operations, including coordination with contractors and on-site personnel.
• Construction Supervision: Familiarity with construction methodologies, quality control, an site safety protocols.
• Project scheduling: Skilled in tracking project timelines and ensuring adherence to milestones.
• Regularity Knowledge: Awareness of environmental and local government regulations related. to waste management and energy production.
• Well-verse in FIDIC Red and Yellow Book.
