About the role

Actuate Builders, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our fast-paced team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and attracting top talent to support the growth and success of our construction business.

• Proactively source and screen qualified candidates for technical roles across our organisation
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience and cultural fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of diverse, high-calibre candidates
• Use innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates
• Champion our employer brand and promote Actuate Builders as an employer of choice

• 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role
• Preferably came from a Construction industry and is experienced hiring Engineers, Site Coordinators, etc.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry and the technical skills required for key roles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with both candidates and stakeholders
• Can work with tight deadlines especially observing turn around time (TAT) in hiring
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing top talent
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies
• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on recruitment KPIs
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Psychology or Human Resources, Business or a related field
