Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Recruitment Specialist. This position plays a critical role in sourcing and hiring top-tier talent in specialized fields such as IT, Engineering, Data, and other hard-to-fill roles. The ideal candidate has a background in technical recruitment, strategic sourcing, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand specific role requirements, skills gaps, and team needs.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for niche and technical positions.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment: job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, feedback gathering, and offer negotiation.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing platforms to engage passive and active candidates.
  • Conduct technical screens or coordinate with technical experts to ensure candidate qualifications align with job requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future niche roles.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular updates to hiring stakeholders.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with proven expertise in technical or niche role hiring.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and skillsets (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Analysts, IT Security, etc.).
  • Experience in using sourcing tools and techniques such as Boolean searches, X-ray searches, and social recruiting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRMs.
  • Amenable to hybrid work arrangement in Taguig and project based engagement.
