Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Overview:

This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. As a crucial member of the team, which delivers comprehensive digital solutions, this role will contribute to increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads for our clients through strategic and data-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies encompassing SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
• Conduct keyword research, analyze search engine results pages (SERPs), and optimize content for SEO.
• Create engaging and effective content for various digital channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
• Manage social media presence and campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, email design, and performance analysis.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance using relevant tools and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with design, content, and account management teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
• Track and report on key digital marketing metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates to the Digital Marketing Manager

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of SEO guidelines
• Strong understanding of social media algorithm
• Strong knowledge of Zoho projects
• Moderate graphic design skills
• Strong knowledge of graphic design industry standards
• Strong technical knowledge of social media platforms (Meta business suite, Facebook pages, Instagram professional accounts, Google my business, Linkedin business pages)
• Moderate knowledge of wordpress
• Strong communication skills (Written and verbal)
• Exceptional ability to take initiative
• Ability to provide deadlines upon receiving a task
