  • Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments

Qualifications
  • At least 2–3 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Admin
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional
  • Able to work independently and handle pressure
  • Knowledge about legalities or legal documentation is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Willing to work on Saturdays when needed
