Provide administrative and executive support to management
- Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence
- Organize and maintain office files and records
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle confidential information professionally
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
- At least 2–3 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Admin
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional
- Able to work independently and handle pressure
- Knowledge about legalities or legal documentation is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Willing to work on Saturdays when needed
