Freelance Digital Designer (Shopify & Klaviyo Specialist)

We’re seeking a creative and drivenFreelance Digital Designerwith a strong background in Shopify theme editing, webshop design, and Klaviyo email campaign management. This is a part-time, fully remote role with flexible hours, offering the potential to transition into a more extensive position based on performance and business needs.

As part of our team, you’ll work independently while collaborating with other creatives, developers, and marketers to deliver visually stunning and high-performing e-commerce solutions. • Design, customize, and optimize Shopify themes to create visually appealing and user-friendly webshops.
• Develop creative concepts and websites from scratch, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business goals.
• Manage and execute email marketing campaigns and automations using Klaviyo, optimizing for engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless integration of designs with development and marketing efforts.
• Take full ownership of assigned tasks, delivering high-quality work on time and within scope.
• Stay updated on design trends, e-commerce best practices, and emerging tools to enhance project outcomes.
• (Optional) Implement SEO best practices to improve webshop visibility and performance.

• Proven Shopify Expertise: Experience designing and editing Shopify themes, with a portfolio showcasing webshops built or been a part of .
• Klaviyo (Or similar Email marketing software) Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to create and manage email campaigns and automations to drive engagement and sales.
• Independent Yet Collaborative: Ability to work autonomously while thriving in a remote team environment.
• Go-Getter Mindset: Proactive, responsible, and eager to take initiative in solving problems and delivering results.
• Strong Portfolio: A track record of creating visually compelling, high-performing digital designs for e-commerce platforms.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable with HTML, CSS, and Shopify’s Liquid templating language for theme customization.

• Experience with SEO strategies, including on-page optimization, keyword research, and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Canva etc).
