Digital Designer

The Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer to produce high-quality digital assets for our brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, experience in creating digital content, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Digital Content Creation - Develop and design engaging digital content including websites, email campaigns, social media graphics, online advertisements, banners, infographics, and other digital marketing materials.
• Brand Consistency - Ensure all designs align with the brand’s visual identity and guidelines to maintain consistency across all digital channels.
• Collaborative Work - Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, provide design insights, and ensure the visual assets align with the overall marketing strategy.
• Wireframes and Prototypes - Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new website and app designs, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
• Responsive Design - Design and optimise digital content for various devices and platforms, ensuring high-quality visuals on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices
• Graphic Design - Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual elements to enhance digital content.
• User Experience (UX) Design - Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance the user experience.
• Testing and Iteration - Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to refine and improve digital designs.
• Research and Trends - Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, technologies, and best practices in the digital design industry.
• Project Management - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards.
• Communication - Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and incorporate their feedback into the final design.
• Asset Management - Maintain organised files and assets for easy access and collaboration with team members.
• Quality Assurance - Ensure all designs are error-free, meet the project requirements, and are delivered on time.
• Technical Collaboration - Work closely with developers to ensure the final products are both visually appealing and functional, providing necessary design specifications and assets.

This is a hybrid work setup wherein the hired employee is expected to attend meetings and events within Metro Manila.

Key Qualities We Look For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous digital design work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
• Experience with web design tools like Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
