WORK SETUP: Return to Office
OVERALL PURPOSE:The Capability Development Instructor New Associate offers services to the Accenture Operations workforce by providing just-in-time capability development solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:The Capability Development Instructor New Associate is responsible for the overall capability development program in specific business units in Accenture Operations (specifically F&A biz unit). He/She is expected to provide direct support to business unit(s) of high complexity.
His/Her responsibilities include:- Assisting in Conducting Needs Assessment
- Supporting alignment of business needs with training solutions
- Contributing to the design and development of training solutions
- Assisting in the coordination and delivery of trainings
- Assisting in data collection and analysis of training results
- Collaborating with internal teams such as Delivery Team, Mobilization, Operations, and other teams to ensure proper and smooth trainings are being delivered
Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Shift
Project Rest Day: Weekends Off
Project/Team Location: Quezon City, Gateway Tower 2

Instructor-Led Training (ILT)
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:- At least 2 years of F&A experience (PTP, RTR, or OTC)
- Individual Contributor role
- Preferred (but not required):
o MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint)
o Training experience
** Skills not currently available can be enabled upon onboarding
- 100% Return to Office (RTO)
