Basic Purpose / Job Summary

To deliver high‑quality fitness classes, personalized coaching, and exceptional member experiences. This role is responsible for guiding members safely and effectively through workouts, maintaining strong engagement, and upholding studio standards in professionalism, energy, and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide members on the proper use of gym equipment and correct exercise techniques.
• Develop personalized workout programs tailored to each member’s fitness level and goals.
• Monitor gym activities to ensure safety and compliance with gym rules.
• Provide fitness advice and motivation to members.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the gym area.
• Promote gym programs, memberships, and services.

Qualifications:

• Preferably holds a NSCA-CPT or CSCS certification
• With at least 6 months of experience as a trainer (not necessary but highly recommended)
• Has studied exercise physiology and anatomy at the university level or Holds a physical education teaching license
• Has experience working as part of a team
• Must be willing to work on a full-time schedule
• Can start ASAP
• Work location: BGC, Taguig City
