The position reports to the Corporate Human Resources Manager and supervises the Human Resources Officer/s. The role is in charge of the overall management and administration of plans, programs, structures, and strategies on wage and benefits, recruitment and selection, employee relations, and occupational health allowed with the labor laws, acceptable HR practices in the industry, and established guidelines, standards, and procedures of the Company beneficial to achieve operational efficiency through strategic delivery of personnel administration services.
Functions include:

- Associate relations and Communications
- Talent acquisition and Placement Administration
- Occupational Health & Safety
- Resource Allocation & Control
- Human Resources Administration
- Staff Supervision
- Client/ Guest Assistance
- Security, Sanitation, and Safety Support
Qualifications/Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
- Experience in managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in managing HR programs such as compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Ability to analyze HR data and provide insights to inform decision-making.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
