We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Managing inbound and outbound sales calls for existing and prospective customers.
- Preparing and delivering accurate and timely quotations using the company's ERP system.
- Negotiating pricing, payment terms, and sales conditions with customers.
- Providing dedicated pre-sales support and comprehensive post-sales follow-up.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Conducting proactive telemarketing activities to generate new opportunities and convert warm and cold leads through CRM systems.
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, including KPI requirements related to sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with internal teams to address customer concerns, resolve product-related issues, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Developing a thorough understanding of company products and services to effectively respond to customer inquiries and recommend suitable solutions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
- Experience in B2B sales with a proven track record in selling diverse products and services is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Medical, Healthcare, or related disciplines is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and business partnerships.
- Experience handling both inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems is an added advantage.
