Field Sales Representative – Building Materials

Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Field Sales Representative to promote and sell building materials and construction solutions for Fortify Industrial, Inc. and Luftcrete Philippines. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new accounts, maintaining relationships with contractors and developers, and expanding market coverage through project and trade sales.

• Promote and sell building materials and construction solutions to contractors, developers, architects, engineers, dealers, and hardware stores
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with project and trade accounts to drive business growth
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, product presentations, and account servicing activities
• Generate new leads and identify opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial projects
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports accurately and promptly
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction
• Monitor customer requirements, account status, collections, and after-sales concerns
• Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activities, pricing, and industry trends
• Perform other duties as assigned to support sales growth and business development initiatives

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in building materials or construction-related products
• Experience in selling tile adhesive, skim coat, ALC wall panels, AAC panels, roofing, cement, paints, waterproofing, or related products is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Willing to do extensive fieldwork and travel within assigned territories
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused
• With a valid driver's license is an advantage
