Technical Marketing Manager (Cosmetics/R&D)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Market Research through Mintel, Euromonitor, etc. for: Identified or new business opportunities with clients
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing & new products.
• Coordinates with sales team for relevant inputs to enhance competitors analysis and market research
• Preparation of creative presentations, and other collaterals for product promotions

• Prepares and submit weekly activity reports
• Coordinates with TSD regarding new projects and concepts
• Prepares and submit weekly expense report
• Monitors inventory of products in coordination with supply chain as needed
• Weekly update on project development status

• Market research reports and presentations
• Once a month training for Sales Team
• Monthly update on project development status
• Product presentation with sales / client

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related technical field; Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines.

Experience:

• At least 5–8 years of managerial experience in Marketing, Sales, Research & Development, or Product Formulation within the cosmetics industry or a related field.
