Head of Research & Development

Our client is looking for an innovative and technically strong R&D leader to drive product development, formulation, and innovation strategies. This role will ensure the company remains competitive through high-quality, compliant, and market-relevant products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead R&D strategy, product development, and innovation initiatives
• Oversee formulation development and process optimization
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
• Collaborate with QA, production, and regulatory teams
• Manage R&D budget, timelines, and team performance
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies

Qualifications:

• Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 10–15 years of R&D experience in pharma or related industry
• Strong background in formulation and product lifecycle management
• Leadership experience managing technical teams
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards
