As a full-time onsite representative, you will be the voice of our brand, providing top-notch support to our valued customers.
What you'll be doing- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions
- Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in training and development initiatives to continuously improve your skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle complex customer inquiries
- Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred
- Fluency in English and the ability to speak local languages is an advantage
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
