RESTAURANT/STORE MANAGER

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations and ensure smooth store execution
  • Maintain high standards in food quality, service, and cleanliness at all times
  • Actively manage the dining floor; ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues immediately
  • Train, coach, and discipline staff to meet company standards
  • Drive sales through strong execution and team performance
  • Manage inventory, cost control, and minimize wastage
  • Ensure proper food display and store readiness at all times
  • Submit daily reports and meet performance targets
Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years experience as a Restaurant/Store Manager
  • Strong leadership presence; not just administrative
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly accountable
  • Proven track record in improving store performance
  • Can handle pressure and enforce standards consistently
Non-Negotiables
  • Must be visible on the floor during peak hours
  • Must take ownership of all store issues—no excuses
  • Must lead, not just supervise
