- 3–5+ years experience as a Restaurant/Store Manager
- Strong leadership presence; not just administrative
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly accountable
- Proven track record in improving store performance
- Can handle pressure and enforce standards consistently
- Must be visible on the floor during peak hours
- Must take ownership of all store issues—no excuses
- Must lead, not just supervise
