- 1 to 2 years of experience in technical support, customer service, client service, or a related role
- Bilingual English and French communication skills, written and spoken, preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Foundational knowledge of web browsers, Windows, macOS, and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to remain patient, resourceful, and solutions-focused when handling customer issues
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a professional environment
- Familiarity with support tools such as Intercom, Zendesk, or similar platforms is a plus
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a client support environment
- Prepare and process client account forms for new accounts, withdrawals, loans, investment fund elections, fund changes, contributions, ACH deposits, and address changes
- Follow up with vendors, clients, and Financial Advisors to ensure forms are processed accurately and before deadlines
- Make corrections and updates as needed to support accurate account processing
- Update tracking logs for client account activities and documentation
- Prepare internal reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Create reports as needed using vendor data, internal reports, and other account information
- Download, organize, and compile data from vendor websites and internal systems
- Answer client and vendor phone calls and emails to support account management needs
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and Financial Advisors regarding account updates and changes
- Schedule, monitor, and verify trades for client accounts
- Arrange in-person, phone, and virtual meetings with clients, vendors, and Financial Advisors
- Prepare documents used in client meetings
- Help correct client account information, transactions, and related records
- Provide reports, tax forms, statements, online instructions, forms, and documents to clients when requested
- Learn and use software platforms and work processes for account management and internal tasks
- Support clients, vendors, and Financial Advisors when using account-related software platforms
