• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and data analysis
• Proven track record in leading budgeting and forecasting processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Experience with FP&A tools such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Cube, or Datarails
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• MBA or professional certification such as CPA or CFA is an advantage
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capability
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-financial stakeholders

• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
• Lead the budgeting process and collaborate with department heads on targets and assumptions
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts and provide variance analysis
• Improve forecasting accuracy and develop rolling forecasts for decision-making
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders
• Recommend strategies to improve financial performance and business outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and KPIs
• Identify cost optimization and process improvement opportunities
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
• Maintain customer LTV analysis to support marketing investments
