Who is the perfect candidate ?

Chemical Engineering graduate or with experience in Laboratory or chemical process

Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage

With more than 2 years of relevant experience

Knowledgeable in operating laboratory equipment and related tools Knowledgeable in project management

This is a full-time position on-site role for a Laboratory IPP In-Charge at Essilor Manufacturing Philippines Inc., located in Mariveles, Bataan. Role and responsibilities of the Laboratory IPP Shift Supervisor includes the following :

Ensures the realization of the shift production program and day to day management of the shift.

Control KPIs for the the IPP and Monomer Prep: Yield, purity, delivery, recupe management, quality of the catalyzed monomer, labor & machine productivity, materials consumption, general expenses, flow, HSE.

Ensures integrity of processes to defined parameters and specifications.

Identifies critical items and highlight potential issues that may pose risks to customer and the products.
