Account Executive - Tarlac
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and expanding the customer base within the assigned territory. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
- Identify and target potential customers in the laboratory and healthcare sectors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Follow up on sales leads and maintain regular contact with customers.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Communicate effectively with the sales team and other departments.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to team discussions.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year medical allied course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- With at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the laboratory or healthcare industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
