URGENT HIRING: Purchasing Staff

Pay: ₱600.00 per day

The Purchasing Staff is responsible for managing the procurement of materials, supplies, and services needed for daily operations. This role ensures that all purchases are cost-effective, timely, and meet the company’s quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of required items
• Source and evaluate suppliers to obtain the best price and quality
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, delivery schedules, and concerns
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure continuous supply of materials
• Inspect and verify delivered items based on specifications and quantity
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier database
• Coordinate with internal departments and accounting for smooth transactions
• Resolve issues such as delays, shortages, or damaged deliveries
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• With or without experience in purchasing or procurement
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
