PetSure Services Incorporated (PSI) is an insurance contact centre and claims operation located in Taguig, Metro Manila. PSI has been in the Philippines since 2014. PSI is jointly owned by Insurance Support Services International (ISSI) Corporation in the Philippines and PetSure in AU.

About the role:

The Inside Sales Consultant will be responsible for building deep customer relationships and growing our customer base. You will manage qualification of all inbound leads for our pet insurance product (and in the future, other products).

Furthermore, the role means you have the following responsibilities and accountabilities:

This role will have primary responsibility for :

• Manage the pre-sales process across multiple channels: WhatsApp, Social Media, inbound and outbound calls
• Develop an understanding of the client’s needs and questions
• Pick-up inbound calls and queries from prospective customers
• Make outbound calls and develop rapport with our customers
• Explain and educate customers on eligibility, product coverage, and exclusions
• Delight and surprise customers with our exceptional customer interactions
• Pass on qualified leads to our sales team to close
• Able to achieve daily, weekly and monthly call and pre-sales targets
• Drive high activity volumes - make 30+ calls daily

Qualifications:

• Must have completed at least 2 years in college or Graduate of any bachelor's degree
• Ability to instantly build rapport with customers and good with closing sales
• Experience in quality-controlled working environment is desirable.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Must be knowledgeable in basic computer applications
• Full-time position available/ Hybrid Work Arrangement
• Can start on June 2, 2025
