Qualifications & experience
  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Work experience in the same field is an advantage but not required
  • With strong work ethics
  • Detailed Oriented
  • Knowledge in Email, Microsoft Office, and Excel
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Has good communication skills
  • Willing to undergo extensive training
  • Willing to be assigned around Cubao

Tasks & responsibilities

Facilities
  • Overall in-charge of Facilities
  • In-charge of repairs, renovations, preventive maintenance schedule of facilities and equipment
  • In-charge of Emergency Response Team (ERT)
Administration
  • Opening of the Office
  • Monitors days to day activities of the office
  • Implements company policies and procedures
  • In-charge of Admin Budget Forecasting, Monitoring and Liquidation of expenses
  • In-charge of Security and Housekeeping Personnel
