JOB TITLE: ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Processes and responds promptly to incoming communications, accurate message talking.
  • Ensure the operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs and maintaining equipment inventories.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies and verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Coordinates travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Performs other related tasks from time to time as instructed.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • College level
  • Experience in construction and administrative
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
