Payroll Support Specialist, be 100% YOU with MicroSourcing!
A Payroll Support Specialist is expected to:
Execute the Dairy.com client services payroll accurately and in a timely manner.Manage data associated with milk/component weights, resolutions, or modifications within the Dairy.com operating systems.
Perform due diligence processes to ensure accurate data entry and processing functions.
Validate that payments have been processed according to Federal Order regulations, including checking formulas, pricing, labs, and milk/component weights.
Identify issues or areas for improvement in producer payroll and conduct necessary research to recommend solutions.
Execute client change requests related to the Producer Payroll service.
Support management in resolving client disputes and issues specifically related to the Producer Payroll service function.
Lead communication with all parties involved in the Producer Payroll process (Lab Work, Field Reps, Client Payroll Managers).
Collaborate with Federal Order Marketing Administrators on behalf of the client as needed.
Maintain records for audit purposes.
Complete importing/data entry of manifests into the Dairy.com system.
Import and match labs received from outside sources.
Complete the balancing portion of the payroll process.
Participate in customer account relationship development activities (may require travel).
Participate in the sales process for new business.
Participate in the development of product specifications.
Participate in product testing activities throughout production cycle
