Job Summary:

The FEM Supervisor is responsible for assisting the FEM Manager in overseeing the maintenance, repair, and proper functioning of all facility equipment, machinery, and infrastructure. This role ensures operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with preventive maintenance standards.

The supervisor leads a team of technicians, schedules maintenance activities, and coordinates with other departments for facility needs.

Responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing the company's employee safety at work.
Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy
Ensures all Trucks are in good condition/Truck Maintenance.
Manage and inspect machineries and equipment of the company.
Conducts risk assessments and preventive measures.
Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances, etc.
Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional License in ENGINEERING.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proven experience as a safety officer
Proven knowledge and experience in conducting Truck Maintenance
Computer Literate
