Warehouse Supervisor
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating the daily warehouse operations supporting 29 retail stores. This includes overseeing the preparation, scheduling, and dispatch of 5–6 deliveries per day, ensuring that all items are accurately picked, packed, and delivered on time.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 3-5 years of warehouse operations experience to effectively manage daily warehouse functions.
The role ensures smooth workflow from inventory storage to store delivery, maintaining high accuracy in stock handling across approximately 2,000 SKUs. The Warehouse Supervisor supervises warehouse staff and drivers, ensuring proper execution of tasks, discipline, and productivity within the team.
A minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience is required to effectively manage warehouse staff and drivers.
This position is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, monitoring stock movement, and coordinating closely with store operations, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of store requirements.
Basic inventory management system knowledge is required to maintain inventory accuracy and monitor stock movement effectively.
The Warehouse Supervisor also ensures compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and operational guidelines while actively identifying areas for process improvement to increase efficiency and reduce errors or delays.
In addition, the role requires daily monitoring of delivery schedules, resolving operational issues, and reporting warehouse performance, discrepancies, and concerns to management.
College-level education is required for this position.
