Main Activities

Policy Servicing & Carrier Coordination:

  • Support policy servicing activities within an insurance brokerage or agency environment.
  • Coordinate with multiple insurance carriers for policy inquiries, endorsements, renewals, and updates.
  • Issue and process policy endorsements using broker management systems (e.g., AMS, Applied Epic, or similar).
  • Act as an intermediary between clients, agents, and insurers, ensuring accurate and timely information exchange.
  • Ensure all policy documentation and servicing processes comply with regulatory and internal guidelines.

Billing, Premium & Receivables Management:

  • Manage and resolve billing discrepancies, premium adjustments, and payment‑related issues.
  • Handle premium collections, receivables inquiries, and account reconciliations.
  • Respond to billing‑related questions from insureds, agents, and carriers with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with regulated industry standards.

Communication & Call Handling:

  • Handle volume inbound and outbound calls involving insureds, agents, and insurance carriers.
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination for policy and billing inquiries in a brokerage or agency setting.
  • Provide clear explanations of policy changes, billing details, and next steps to stakeholders.
  • Maintain service level expectations in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
Qualifications
  • College graduate with at least 12 months of BPO experience; or
  • Completed at least 2 years in college with a minimum of 18 months BPO experience
