In-Line Quality Control Inspector

Job Overview:

• Conduct real-time quality checks during production (weighing, mixing, filling, capping, labeling, coding, and packing).
• Inspect semi-finished and finished products for compliance with visual, physical, and labeling specifications.
• Monitor the cleanliness and sanitation of production lines in accordance with SOPs and GMP standards.
• Verify the correct raw materials and packaging components are used per batch records.
• Record findings accurately in in-process QC forms and report any deviations immediately.
• Support in-line documentation, batch release preparation, and traceability records.
• Assist in audits, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of a science-related course (e.g., BS Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field)
• At least 1 year of in-line or production QC experience in cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceuticals, or food manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot visual and functional defects
• Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, and FDA compliance requirements
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Good verbal and written communication skills
