Line Quality Control Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform line inspection during production to ensure compliance with approved standards and specifications.
• Conduct in-process checks such as:

1. Color matching vs. customer-approved sample.
2. Print layout conformity.
3. Tape width, length, micron, and backing color.
4. Use of QC tools to ensure compliance to quality.
5. Validate adhesive quality during the Coating Line operations.
6. Coordinate closely with machine operators and QA for non-conformance reporting and corrective actions.
7. Ensure timely documentation of inspection records and reject logs.

• Identifying opportunities to improve quality control processes and making recommendations to management
• Adhering to all health, safety and environmental regulations within the production facility

• 1-2 years of experience in a quality assurance or control role, ideally within a manufacturing environment
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using quality assurance tools and measurement instruments
• Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with the production team
• Graduate of any technical or science-related course, preferably with experience in production or QC.
