Role Overview: Manages project documentation to ensure accuracy, version control, and compliance.
Job Requirements- BS in Information Management/BS in Business Administration/BS in Office Administration/BS in Library and Information Science/Any engineering - related degree
- 3–8+ years document control experience
- Experience in engineering or construction projects (APAC project experience preferred)
- Familiarity with EDMS tools (Aconex, SharePoint)
- ***MUST HAVE DATA CENTER EXPERIENCE***
- Strong English communication skills
- Maintain document control systems and registers
- Manage document workflows and approvals
- Ensure version control and audit trails
- Coordinate with project teams and contractors
