We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Activation Ambassadors (Full Time and Part Time) to be on the frontlines and represent our brand with confidence and excitement. Join our dynamic team and have a blast while connecting with people at events, bringing our brand to life with every interaction!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with brand-specific concerns and inquiries.
• Engage with event attendees to promote our brand.
• Travel to nearby cities depending on event locations.
• Work night shifts and overtime as required.
• Be available to work on weekends.
• Set up and dismantle promotional booths at event locations.
• Conduct brand demonstrations and presentations.
• Gather customer feedback and report to the management team.
• Monitor inventory levels of promotional materials and restock as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized event space.
• Support event coordinators with logistical tasks.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and promotional strategies.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Willingness to travel for events.
• Proactive and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in telco sales, promotions or customer service is a plus.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills with a high level of professionalism and service standard.
• At least a high school graduate.
