Job Description:

We are a digital team based in Singapore looking for a creative, reliable, and proactive full-time digital marketer to support our internal projects and serve multiple clients.

This is a remote monthly service contract (not formal employment). Ideal candidates are those with solid content marketing skills, are comfortable with Zoom communication, and can manage multiple social media channels independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and post 2–3 pieces of content weekly across:
• Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Xiaohongshu (a plus)
• Design graphics and short videos (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools)
• Manage and schedule email campaigns
• Edit & upload YouTube videos
• Maintain social media content calendars and simple performance reports
• Coordinate with team members and clients for content feedback & revisions

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation
• Strong skills in Canva, CapCut, basic video editing, and graphic design
• Good written English (Chinese is a bonus)
• Fast and reliable internet, own computer, and headset
• Able to follow instructions, manage time independently, and communicate clearly
• Working Schedule & Communication
• Flexible daily work hours (~35–40 hours/week)
• Must attend Zoom check-ins up to twice daily:
• One at SG midday or after SG working hours
• One status update/reporting meeting, if needed
• Sometimes no meeting is needed if work is clear and delivered properly
• Occasional weekend or night meetings, depending on client needs
• Schedule is discussed in advance and kept flexible based on workload

• Monthly freelance service contract (not employee role)
• Start with a 1-month trial
• Renewable monthly with 1-month notice for termination
• Paid via Wise, GCash, or Remitly
• Remote – work from anywhere in the Philippines
• Salary
• PHP 18,000 – 27,000/month, depending on skills and experience
