The role involves complex account management and involves hitting key performance indicators such as On-Shelf Availability, Share of Shelves aligned or above Market Share, on-time placement of new products, competitive selling price to consumers, on-time and in-full execution of trade activities, and managed accounts receivables.

Qualifications/Requirements

Male/Female
College graduate.
Willing to do field works and office works.
Competitive in sales.
With communication and negotiation skills.
Can handle customer needs and concerns.
Have Self-Confidence in selling.
Able to drive 4-wheeler car (manual).
Literate using Computer.
Able to monitor stocks inventory.
In any salesman experience is an advantage.
With pleasing personality.
Have marketing strategies and leadership.
