This role ensures the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, supports operational efficiency, and upholds brand and service standards. The Beverage Supervisor will assist in staff supervision, inventory & stock management, training, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily beverage operations in assigned areas (bars, lounges, casino floor, etc.)
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality beverage service and guest satisfaction
  • Lead, coach, and motivate team members to meet performance and service standards
  • Support scheduling, shift planning, and efficient deployment of staff

  • Conduct training for bartenders, bar backs, and servers on product knowledge and service etiquette.
  • Monitor bar setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with safety regulations
  • Assist in inventory control, ordering, receiving, and tracking of beverage stock
  • Ensure proper handling of cash, POS transactions, and adherence to financial procedures
  • Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
  • Support the Beverage Manager with promotional activations, special events, and seasonal menus
  • Collaborate with other departments Including Culinary, Security, and Gaming to ensure smooth operations
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Minimum two to three (2-3) years' experience of supervisory in a high-volume bar or luxury hotel/casino environment
KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
  • Strong knowledge of beverage products Including spirits, wines, cocktails, and non-alcoholic offerings
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic Inventory procedures
  • Certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol or equivalent preferred
  • Flexible working hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Guest-centric mindset with a locus on service excellence
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
