We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team. In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments, maintaining strong cash flow, and minimizing bad debts.You will be responsible for monitoring customer accounts, reconciling transactions, and following up on outstanding invoices in line with company credit terms and policies. Your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and work independently will be key to your success.
This is more than just a numbers role; you will be a vital link between our finance team, internal departments, and customers. What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Accounts Receivable Officer, Finance Administrator, or in a similar finance-related role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience working with Xero accounting software.
- Experience in supporting New Zealand or Australia.
- Willingness to work to Australasian Working Hours.
- Willingness to work or relocate to the Angeles City Pampanga Office
