Role Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Service Associate to support clients with on-site and system-related needs, maintain strong client relationships, and assist in warehouse operations. This role requires close collaboration with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure efficient system usage and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong relationships with customer warehouse managers and staff; assist sales in managing client relationships.
• Provide on-site and online support for system implementation, training, and education.
• Coordinate with logistics companies, e-commerce platforms, and financial institutions (including banks) for system-related operations.
• Collect client feedback and operational requirements, providing input to product and process teams.
• Assist in updating standard user manuals and SOPs.
• Debug system issues, collect bug reports, and provide timely feedback to the IT team.
• Travel to outer provinces or overseas for business as required.
• Support KPI-driven service delivery and ensure timely response to client queries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, logistics, or related fields are preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse operations experience, with ERP and warehouse management systems as a priority.
• Minimum 2 years of service experience, proactive, KPI-driven, and able to respond to client inquiries promptly via LINE or phone.
• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or financial company operations is an advantage.
• Logical thinking with a strong understanding of warehouse management systems.
• Driver’s license and own vehicle are preferred.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin language skills are a plus.
